good location

Well it’s tricky cause they did great at some points like preparing breakfast and show you how to lock the door in details, but in some important aspects they make you uncomfortable. For example, the host made his phone call very loud in the morning before 8 am, which woke us up. The host didn’t contact me in advance by WhatsApp and saying I’ve got a wrong number. But that’s not true. I’ve made another reservation of an apartment in Milan at the same time on booking, and the other apartment communicated with me in advance by WhatsApp….

The breakfast was very good.

We were delayed at the last minute on our check in/ luggage drop off time.

Расположение отеля очень удачное, в 5 минутах от парома и от железнодорожной станции. Номер просторный, чистый, с душевой кабиной. Кровать удобная, белье чистое, как минус - нет пододеяльника, а простынка из-под пледа все время ночью убегает. Кондиционера нет, но есть потолочный вентилятор. В номере есть чай, кофе, конфетки и две приветственные бутылки воды. Завтрак сладкий: хлопья, круассан, по небольшому блинчику, йогурты, по кусочку сыра и крудо, фрукты. В целом, достаточно и сытно. Минус, что завтрак может быть в 8.00 или в 9.00, но если вторая комната уже выбрала время, то вам придется подстраиваться на оставшееся. Нам 9.00 было очень поздно, поэтому после долгих уговоров сервировали стол к 7.40, чтобы в 7.55 мы уже ушли. Мы все успели, спасибо, что пошли на встречу. Если вы уезжаете раньше 8.00, то вам дают с собой breakfast box с печеньем, соком и фруктами

Мы бронировали отель за несколько месяцев. За день до поездки хозяин начал писать, что нельзя опаздывать. Мы опытные путешественники, все рассчитали, чтобы успеть, но после такого предупреждения решили уточнить, как ездит транспорт (в частности, паром), сильные ли задержки, бывают ли отмены. Хозяин же живет там и знает особенности. Ответа на свой вопрос мы так и не получили, а хозяин очень агрессивно стал писать: "until 20.30! Если вы опоздаете, то останетесь без жилья. Я не верну вам деньги! Вам стоит отказаться и забронировать другое жилье!" Это было крайне неприятно и заставило нас нервничать. Конечно, мы успели, но данная ситуация была для нас некомфортна. И все пребывание в отеле мы чувствовали, что нам не рады. За это снимаю баллы. Однако, если убрать данный фактор, то отель могу рекомендовать

La ubicación (se llega muy rápido tanto a la estación de tren, como al centro y a coger el ferry), el desayuno, la limpieza y amabilidad del personal. Las fotos no le hacen justicia, está mucho mejor de lo que se puede apreciar.

Orange house is not a house. It is a B and B in a three story apartment in the back end of a complex. There are approximately 50 steps to negotiate if if you are assigned the Orange room less if you are given the Red room which has a separate bathroom adjacent to the bedroom. Our room had a bathroom ensuite that had great shower. There isn't a safe, the heating was luke warm when it came on and didn't really dry our towels that are apparently replaced every three days when the room is serviced. The bed is very comfortable and the view of the mountains and the hills are spectacular. So before arriving you will receive messages from owner outlining you check in obligations, We were told about the previous guests who had let him down. Sort of a finger wagging done in CAPS. LOTS OF CAPS are USED.. Don't bother asking for a late check out it won't be granted. If you want to leave you suitcases and go for a wonder on your last day that won't happen either. Your only option is storage up hill at the station. The breakfast is fine and Stella does a wonderful job and is very friendly. Brakfasts are done in shifts with the other guests. Ours was 9am..A little late if you want to get on with your day. All in all it was ok and I hope this review will assist in deciding whether to stay here..
