Boutique Residence Arion

Our stay in the penthouse apt was absolutely amazing! The apartment and views were great - so nice that did not want to leave :) Location is excellent with a short walk to the water and about 10 mins from center of Rovinj. The staff is incredibly nice and friendly. Parking was a big plus as we had a rental car.

Owners are fantastic. Very attentive and the breakfast is fantastic everything is super fresh. Location is perfect walking distance to the beach and restaurants and the old town. Could not fault the place, highly recommend it.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, sauber und die Zimmer geschmackvoll und neu eingerichtet. Die Badezimmer sind ganz neu und perfekt sauber. Jede*r hat 2 Pölster zur Auswahl und das Bett ist sehr bequem (die Matratze war allerdings für mich ein bisschen zu hart, aber für die meisten Menschen ist das ja positiv). Das Hotel wird von einer netten Familie geführt, die sehr freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit ist. Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Es gibt im Erdgeschoss auch ein hervorragendes Restaurant mit schöner Terrasse, welches ebenfalls von der Familie betrieben wird. Man erreicht sowohl das Stadtzentrum als auch den Strand gut zu Fuß (1-2 km) und gegenüber gibt es gleich einen Supermarkt.

Leider gab es in der Nähe eine Baustelle, aber das ist ja nur kurzfristig ein Problem. Die Zimmer sind teilweise ein bisschen hellhörig. Schön und nachhaltiger wäre es, wenn man die Option hätte, dass nicht jeden Tag die Handtücher getauscht werden, wie das in anderen Hotels auch manchmal so ist.

Breakfast was overpriced, not nearly deluxe like presented when I made reservation. View from the room was just above the roof of restaurant terrace, so you are looking on the roof, not on the city.

The property is beautiful. It is modern and nicely decorated. The room has a water kettle and a coffee macine with capsules. They even provide slippers. The ownwers were exceptional, helpful, kind, a pleasure to stay in their hotel. It is within walkable distance to the old Rovinj. The parking space is a plus.Breakfast was out of this world! I highly recommend to stay at Residence Arion. It is a must.
