The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The room didn’t seem very clean. The linen didn’t feel very clean. The shower wasn’t very good. Most of all it was very cold in the room. We were offered a heater for a charge and got it for free for one hour.

Perfect place to stay! Ridge and Mall accessible in 15 minutes, hot shower and warm, heavy blankets. And most important: lovely staff🙏🏻 I can highly recommend.

Excellent location, excellent staffs specially the manager daya ram ji and his supporting members, food was awesome, mall road is at the walking distance. Host is very helpful and guided us for the places to cover and also provided us cab at very decent prices, daya ram ji is very helpful and good behaved person. Must visit this hotel, space is little bit less but the cleanliness and other things are excellent which covers all.

Car does not go there directly. We need to walk to reach hotel. Room was not spacious.
