This was the perfect location for visiting Monopoli and it was a very clean place. Nothing fancy but had what we needed. Breakfast was very cozy on the rooftop but definitely not for people with have trouble with stairs.

Internet was in and out and it's important when traveling if you rely on wifi. The one TV was working and not working. I inquired about it and it was fixed asap but then stopped working again. I would suggest two things as a traveler- a shelf in the shower so we can put our soap and shampoo/conditioner. Also, access to one US TV station would be good. All TV was in Italian. An Iron would be great too.

A very comfortable and well appointed apartment. Very central and easy to walk to everything in Monopoli. The bed was big and comfortable. The breakfasts were generous, fresh and tasty on a lovely little roof terrace. The roof terrace felt quite private at the apartment. The main beach next to the B & B is under major reconstruction work. It will be lovely when it is finished and they said that they hoped it would be finished in a few weeks. It only took us another 5 minutes to walk to the next beaches.

There are lots of steps in the apartment, which the information did say but there were a lot of steps inside and some are quite big. A very tall person may have to duck their heads a lot. The apartment is right in the old part of the city and with a huge choice of restaurants and bars around. This apartment is right next to a bar that stays open to 2.30am each morning, so make sure you have very good ear plugs if you can't sleep with noise. It is a nice bar and the atmosphere was great but just very noisy if you want to sleep.

Carase is attentive and very friendly. He advised us nearby free parking street. Location of the apartment is great, easily access to everywhere by foot. The room is beautiful and clean.

Sometimes smell came from the kitchen drain. But it can be easily fixed by closing the sink stopper and opening the windows. Kitchen is equipped. There is some cooking stuff including utensils, but no cutlery. Anyway we didnt need to cook as there are a lot of nice restaurants nearby.

The stay was great! The rooms were very clean, tidy, and comfortable. The location was perfect – everything was close by, which was a huge advantage. I definitely recommend it and would be happy to come back again!
