The property is located in the hills surrounded by olive groves and reached by a long narrow winding road. For us it was nice to stay somewhere out of the old towns with some space around us. The room is large for Italy although the shower is still cramped. Breakfast on the terrace by is good The host is a friendly guy, will try to help you with anything except he doesn’t speak English but that is not really a problem. A very relaxing spot

Very nice host vittorio-this property is at the top of the hills with great views of the coast. Rustic style furniture in the very spacious rooms with front and back terraces good a/c and mosquito nets on doors and windows-good WiFi-Italian buffet style breakfast-comfortable beds-very nice size swimming pool area-good beach and restaurant recommendations from host. Really worth visiting nearby town of Fasano which isn't really highlighted in puglia-charming little town with some stylish and innovative restaurants - well worth looking. No English spoken Google translate required lol

Elephant in the room is-location of this place 2.5 kms from fasono or 5.5 km the other way - down typical puglia single country road climbing hill- farms on all sides. For some people it's rural and charming but if you want easy access to go out anywhere it's a slight inconvenience.

Zimmer und Mobiliar sind in die Jahre gekommen, Bad nicht sehr gepflegt, praktikable Unterkunft, aber nicht zum Wohlfühlen.

El alojamiento es un oasis. Típico italiano, la piscina está genial y tiene unas vistas preciosas. Muy cómodo para visitar los pueblos de alrededor, está cerca de muchos sitios. El camino hacia el hotel rodeado de olivos es precioso.

Quizá se podría actualizar un poco el baño, pero aún así nada importante para la estancia
