Quinta do Rio Alva and Glamping Lodges

Mooie tent op een mooie locatie! De binnenlanden van Portugal zijn mooi, in omgeving verschillende rivierstanden bezocht en vergeet Coimbra niet. Goed restaurant aan de overkant van de rivier en bij de rivierstanden kan je prima lunchen. Voor mensen die van rust houden, maar toch dicht bij de rivier. We hebben genoten! Zeker ook van de vriendelijkheid van Stephanie & Matthew en de dames van de schoonmaak!

amazing house, with attention to details like amazing coffee area, WM (with a dryer!), external kitchen, pizza oven and barbecue, nice games, etc! fully equipped for full meals, big rooms with private bathroom for each room, and most of all - perfect spot on the river for a great relaxation! One of our best stays, and not only in Portugal! thank you!

The location is really good, near to a small towns that has everything we needed, from supermarkets to restaurants. Also, there's a nice restaurant right in front of the house. Also, the access to the house is good. No problem getting there by car. I couldn't recommend it more

No cons during our stay

Beautiful location and wonderful, very well equipped tent

I would love to see owners around and feel there is someone present. I find that really adds to the experience. Don’t really like self check-in. Feels so anonymous, especially when it is such a small scale place. So just a suggestion to the owners. Rest is all good!

Location and nature surrounding is perfect. The tent has everything you need and a welcome pack was kindly offered, plus coffee and other things. I was with 3 children and they loved everything. Great support from Angela.

Nothing to mention except the Trampolim is a bit rusty and can be little dangerous for kids :)

The tend had all we need for our 2 night stay. Nice amenities and kitchen very well equipped. The proximity of the beach and to a local restaurant in a walking distance is definitely a plus. I also appreciated the big green space to play football and Tenis.

During the day it was a little bit hot inside of the tend. There is no way to block the light at the beginning of the day but we are in a tend so it is “natural”

The quinta was super fine from the design to the equipment and furniture. The location with the river view and the lovely hosts.
