C’era di tutto a colazione, unica pecca merendine confezionate, la proprietaria potrebbe far trovare ogni mattina cornetti caldi.

The location was excellent, 7 mins from Porta St Lucia bus station, a few steps from the Raffaello statue at the top of the historic centre (there'sa shortcut up steps between the B&B and the Raffaello statue. Lots to see in Urbino, very historic.

Communication was poor. I sent a number of messages via Booking.com and also directly, none of which were responded to. When we arrived, we had to rely on a neighbour to let us in. We didn't have the usual benefit of getting the host's local knowledge about restaurants etc. Breakfast was fairly basic.

Il prezzo era molto basso e quindi si accetta che la casa è senza ascensore, che l'arredo non è di lusso eccetera.

E difficile l'arrivo. Sta scritto B&B sulla casa, ma non c'è la targhetta per suonare con scritta B&B oppure pellipario ma ci sono solo nomi di persone. Quindi si deve suonare a caso da qualcuno.

Nous avons attendus sous la pluie car propriétaire absente à 17h20, il y une climatisatin toute neuve à l'arrêt, pas de télécommande (pilotée WiFi), or vu le taux d'humidité ma compagne était frigorifiée. Le petit déjeuner n'a que des produits industriels et à 0,1% mg pas de chocolat ou capuccino! Nous avons payé plus cher que la veille hôtel 3* à San marino avec un petit dejeuner gargantuesque, impossible de trouver un parking non limité facilement soit les voitures ne bougent pas soit la faculté proche mobilise les places, pourtant, nous sommes assez loin du centre-ville à pied, table petite si les 3 chambres avaient ete occupées seulement 2 couteaux? .....etc
