Fantastisk mottakelse og husvert som ikke viste hva godt han skulle gjøre for oss.

Stedet lå litt utenfor sentrum, men hadde god bussforbindelse.

Camera spațioasă, foarte curată, casa este primitoare. Gazdele sunt de ajutor, drăguțe, ne-au primit mai devreme decât stabilisem. Stația de autobuz se află la vreo 10 minute de mers pe jos, iar pana în centru sunt vreo 7 stații. Un mare plus este parcarea din fața casei.

Zona în sine, ca mai toată Verona, este plină de emigranți, în special indieni, pakistanezi și africani, ceea ce ne-a făcut să ne simțim nu foarte în siguranță în autobuz și pe străzile adiacente locației. Un alt lucru ciudat a fost faptul că ultimul autobuz spre cazare este la ora 8.20, asa ca mare atenție la ora de întoarcere. Plasele de țânțari ar fi un mare plus, căci a fost foarte cald și nu am putut deschide geamul. Micul dejun a constat într-un croissant și cafea. Erau disponibile pe masă și cutiuțe cu gemuri, nutella și pâine uscată, dar noi nu consumăm.

La colazione buona e varia all'italiana, aggiungerei del salato.

The WiFi was good, it had a strong connection throughout. The space of the room was okay for 3 people and the lighting in the bathroom was nice and bright making it easy to get ready, however it was a small space between 3 people to share. The location of the property was decent as it had a 10 minute walking distance to the bus stop which takes you to the bus station and city centre.

On the first night we utilised mugs to make tea, in the evening we found our room tidied without being notified. Upon arrival Anna immediately complained we left our room a mess with hair in the shower. This was untrue, we only left towels and 1 mug. Anna said she’d close the kitchen in 30 minutes and so we made a drink, we had been in the kitchen for 5 minutes when Anna shouted to leave quickly as she had to go home, this was triggering and created negative energy. We were left with no access to water hot and air conditioning overnight. After returning to our rooms from the day we showered, Anna demonstrated the shower head must be placed downwards inside the shower, however the water splashed and she quickly cleaned her face and the floor. The pressure of the shower was very high and caused water to splash if not done her way. Additionally, we noticed there was no shower gel only shampoo, we requested shower gel and a towel to cleanup the water. There was only one rug at the sink and none near the shower. Anna gave us the items whilst appearing frustrated and said to use shampoo for everything. The next day we arrived for breakfast, as we sat Anna began arguing about the previous night. We were already upset as the stay had been ruined and did not want to create any commotion. We requested 1 napkin and Anna made a rude comment saying we ask for too much, she ruined the morning by ranting on about being bad guests and THREATENED us by saying if we write a bad review she would write even worse one about us, she made a ‘chin flick’ gesture implying ‘I don’t care’. We did not enjoy our breakfast which was not as described on the listing anyways. Before arrival we messaged the B&B asking about breakfast, we were was told it would be an ‘Al A Carte’ menu we were offered jams, bruschetta and a croissant with an espresso. We contacted Anna but theres no response.

It was a pleasant stay! It surpassed our expectations. The owner is extremely helpful and the rooms were spotless. Great breakfast as well. Excellent value for money.
