Not up to our usual standards

Good breakfast, ideal location for NYMR

Excellent breakfast served a little earlier than usual at my request.

Nothing I couldn't fault it, Pete and all the staff were very attentive and polite.

Very friendly and a really relaxing place A place to unwind and didn’t need to stand on ceremony

Nothing really, only difficult to park if the pub was busy

Great little pub, fantastic staff who were very attentive, excellent food, great beer, cracking shower, comfy bed. What's more to say. If you want a nice little hamlet feel pub with roaring fires and good food then this is the place. Bonus the two red labs were absolutely adorable.

Room was a little cold even with the heating on, (but it is January)

Not as we expected at all, but very pleased that it was a lovely old pub which we loved .

Everything , cracking spot , the rooms are huge and very comfortable .

Genuinely there’s nothing not to like !

Lovely freshly cooked breakfast The bar area was small and cosy with a log fire The room was comfortable and had everything we needed as we spent most of the day out and about exploring the local area. When we came back we had a couple of drinks and chatted with the friendly locals and fussed their dogs too
