Obiekt fajnie wyglada na zdjęciach.

To jeden z najbardziej rozczarowujących pobytów, jakie zdarzyło mi się zarezerwować przez Booking. Cena absolutnie nie miała żadnego odzwierciedlenia w standardzie pokoju. Za kwotę, którą zapłaciliśmy, oczekiwaliśmy przynajmniej podstawowej czystości i komfortu - zamiast tego zastaliśmy warunki, które bardziej przypominały zaniedany hotel pracowniczy niż obiekt oferowany na Booking.com. Pokój i łazienka były w bardzo złym stanie higienicznym. Widoczna pleśń przy oknach i brodziku, brudne fugi, zaniedbane powierzchnie oraz nieprzyjemny zapach sprawiały ogromny dyskomfort. Trudno mówić o odpoczynku, kiedy człowiek ma opory przed skorzystaniem z prysznica. Zdjęcia w ofercie i rzeczywisty stan obiektu to dwa zupełnie różne światy. Dodatkowym rozczarowaniem było śniadanie, którego jakość również pozostawiała wiele do życzenia i kompletnie nie współgrała z ceną pobytu. Najbardziej rozczarowujące okazało się jednak podejście obiektu do całej sytuacji. Po zgłoszeniu reklamacji do Booking.com i przesłaniu dokumentacji zdjęciowej obiekt nie odpowiedział nawet na ponaglenia ze strony Booking i nie podjął żadnej próby wyjaśnienia sprawy ani kontaktu z klientem. Naprawdę rzadko wystawiam negatywne opinie, ale tutaj poziom rozczarowania był zbyt duży, by przemilczeć tę sytuację.
