Loved that we got our own little private cottage on the property. The breakfast was amazing. Close to Evora, which was nice. The host was very helpful. Kitchen was well stocked. Communication was great. The place felt cute and homey.

WiFi was a bit slow, which is to be expected in a rural area.

Everything was lovely. Location was close to Évora and easy to find. Free parking was provided. The place was super quiet and the surroundings were nice. The house we stayed at had everything we needed for our stay, was spacious enough and very comfortable. The breakfast was fenomenal. Fresh fruit and orange juice, pancakes and warm bread, along with milk, coffee and yoghurt. It was all served on our outside table every morning at our desired time. The host is very friendly and made us feel at home. Thank you for that!

Our host was very flexible with the arrival time. The room was very pleasant and confortable. It was a cold day and the space was very cosy.

We had a lovely stay in the house that’s detached from the main villa. Rita is a charming host who quickly makes you feel at home. The breakfast was great and copious. The bed was comfortable and the shower had the best pressure we’ve encountered in Portugal. Idealic setting on a 7 hectare lot with horses roaming around. Although we didn’t use it, the pool area looked great. We enjoyed the location, which was minutes away from town. It only takes 10 minutes to get to the historic centre of Évora.

We travelled with our 2 kids around Alentejo and stayed here 1 night after visiting Évora. The property is small but clean and cozy with lots of character. It had everything we needed for the night and the host provided a baby high chair, travel cot and a great bath for our baby. The breakfast in the morning was lovely! It was easy to find the place.

Communication could be improved, we had messaged the host as soon as we booked the place but only heard back on the day of arrival. Because the description mentions that meals can be provided at an extra cost we were a little disappointed that it couldn’t be arranged, which meant travelling back to Évora again with a 5 year old and a baby just so we could have dinner. Not a major deal breaker but it would be nice to know in advance or have the description updated to mention that it’s a service they provide depending on the season or if organised in advance. The pool was also not ready to be used. It’s fine as we haven’t intended on using but again, it would be nice to know in advance because sometimes people book a place due to the amenities and services available.
