Everything was fine, a bit far away from the center.

No breakfast service, but there were a kettle for tea and cafe😀

The property is very well located, as soon as you leave the villa's street there is the bus stop that connects the property to the city center. Even though there are no restaurants and shops around, this is not an impediment because the bus runs very well both during the day and at night. The property has a large and very beautiful yard, it is located in a very quiet residential area. We rented two large, spacious rooms with private bathrooms and at the time of rental we were the only guests, making it even quieter. is a lot of greenery around. It is a beautiful, classic villa The cleaning lady is also very nice and kind. P.S. 13th of October 2025 As I promise I will update you on the matter of sunglasses: So the sunglasses are finally here. Mr Andrea, the owner was very, very nice and send it to us. Even that was our fault and forgot them he took the charge of sending them to my house. Not only that but he also packed them very carefully and nice, he even add it a nice Arrnette sunglasses bag :) A very big thank you to Andrea!

The only thing that was less pleasant was that my eldest son forgot a pair of sunglasses in his room, which the owner confirmed to us that the cleaning lady found and which we asked him to be kind enough to return to us with the costs borne by us, of course. The owner confirmed that he will send us the glasses when he returns from vacation, after September 10th. I haven't received them yet but I sincerely hope that he will send them. I will keep you updated!

Comodissima soluzione per chi deve andare all'Ospedale Rizzoli (anche a piedi). Camera ampia in villa d'epoca, letto matrimoniale e cuscini molto confortevoli, grande bagno appena rifatto moderno di design, tutto pulitissimo, acqua di cortesia, silenzio, parcheggio interno recintato gratuito (da richiedere però in fase di prenotazione), host molto disponibile.

Sehr sauberes Zimmer. In ca. 15 min erreicht man zu Fuss die Altstadt. Die Unterkunft ist in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse gelegen.

Parkieren kann man in der Strasse vor der Unterkunft, wenn man Glück hat und genug früh da ist.

Wunderschöne alte Stadtvilla in den Hängen am Stadtrand mit Bushaltestelle direkt am Straßenende und einem lohnenswerten self service Café in einer Gartenanlage in Laufweite. Der Check-in lief reibungslos ab, Instruktionen gabs per WhatsApp (inkl. Fotos). Das B&B befindet sich im 1. Stock und ist wunderschön eingerichtet, es gibt ein gemeinschafts Wohnzimmer. Im Garten gibt es eine schöne Laube mit Sitzbank, Stühlen und Tisch. Das Zimmer selbst hat eine Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln, schöne zum Haus passende Holzmöbel und ein modernes Bad. Die Rolladen an den Fenstern ermöglichen komplette Dunkelheit nachts, den kleinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer habe ich nachts allerdings ausgesteckt da er recht laut war. Außerdem ist die Matratze etwas hart, für Seitenschläfer vielleicht zu hart. Zum Nebenzimmer ist es auch etwas hellhörig, was bei einem Altbau allerdings meist nicht zu vermeiden ist. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt in einer schönen Ecke Bolognas.
