"Exceptional"

The room was amazing. Large balcony overlooking town. Warm and caring staff. Welcomed us like family. Lots of "local" cafes, restaurants nearby. 5 minutes to train station and bus stop 100 metres away.

"Comfortable, modern room close to station but away from the hustle and bustle."

Il est moderne et propre

La chambre que l on nous a attribuée donnait sur la rue L’isolation est mauvaise, il y avait beaucoup de passage de voitures de camions et de motos Il nous a semblé que les chambres en face n’étaient pas attribuées. Dommage quand nous avons passé une mauvaise nuit. Nous n’avons pas vu de personnel aussi, il est difficile d’attribuer une note pour le personnel

Easy access from the Train Station and a comfortable walk into the town center under the classic porticos. A clean, sizable and comfortable room was a plaesure to return to after a day enjoying the sites of Bologna.

There was a issue with the single power plug for the fridge and jug supplied for use in the living space of our room.
