nice location in gorgeous village beautifull view from the dining room there was home made limoncello and cookies as wellcome gift and fresh fruit we appreciated the host spoke english, this is not always the case in this area

- it is a small, cute apartment, not to be advised for 4 adults, it's more for 2 adults plus 2 children - the "included breakfast" is a joke : it is help yourself service with stuff left the day before : 1 yoghurt for 4 persons in the fridge, some in plastic conditioned dry snack, coffee to make yourself, ... in our opinion, this is not a real breakfast service as you should expect, on the other hand, you can see this breakfast on one of the pictures - Check-in hours weren't respected : double booking due to special event in town ? when we arrived around 2 o'clock, as announced and within the checkin hours starting at 13h30, we got quite rude message that apartment was occupied till 16h! We had to wait for 2 hours after a hard hike in the mountains. host came up with bad explanation of special event in town. We did not appreciate this and never experienced this with booking. - picture one, the entrance is not the entrance, this is misleading - there wasn't hot water, the owner resolved this problem immediately although, well done - the place feels as someone is living there on a daily base, too many personal unnecessary stuff, massy feel, not clean - dirty windows, hair in bathroom for all reasons above, we did not appreciate our stay, and we feel the price/quality isn't good

I booked this house only for the fireplace. The smokealarm started to worked a few mins after i burned. The owner sent message that they had to close chimney because of a problem and she forgot to tell me earlier... Such temporary changes in property conditions must be updated on booking immediately. To be honest, i would not book if i knew the fireplace was out of use. It is far from mainroads The windows should be cleaned. They were very dirty and blocking the perfect view.

The hospitality of the owner was wonderful. She met us, escorted us into the property. and left plenty of breakfast food and items for our two day stay. Really enjoyed the scenic view from the living area window. We'd definitely stay again and felt the homey vibe.

Good location and wonderful view of Sulmona and the valley below Pacentro. Our hosts were very accommodating and made us feel at home. We were welcomed with home made treats.
