Everything was good almost. The Houst was perfect.

Accomidation.. great except when you got in and out of bed the bed spings made lots of noise..

the owners are very nice, the rooms are cleaned every day. Very clean. Delicious breakfast. have it in the underground garage, it was included in the price

Good place to stay if You don't like crowds of Matera and would like to visit other places around. Porta Matera is a smart name. Room was very clean as well as kitchen. It was even too clean, I was afraid to do something dirty. Breakfast was simple but based on fresh products.

The hosts were nice but we had the impression of being over-controlled, so outside the room we were a bit uncomfortable. Cameras in every corner of the hall heightened the feeling.
