"Modern comfortable guesthouse located in the heart of South Tirol"

New building, modern design rooms with a spacious bathroom. Very attentive staff, lovely family taking care of the guesthouse. Great system of self-service bar and snacks area - no need to ask anyone, can serve yourself 24h. Convenient location, good parking facility.

"Feels like home"

Amazing stay in this guest house not far from the city of Merano. The room was large, with a nice balcony and bathroom with heated floor. Inside the structure there is a small spa but with everything you need for an ideal couple's holiday. Delicious and rich breakfast! The self-service bar is an excellent idea. I would just add some snacks if you get a bit hungry while drinking. The staff is welcoming and kind.
