The service and staff are lovely

Really spacious, spotlessly clean room in a great central location. Clean towels and water everyday delivered to the room and washing line to hang up wet swimming stuff! Really helpful host, who booked a taxi to the airport at 5am and even got up to make sure it definitely came. Would 100% stay here again!

Very close to the beach and main road with lots of places to eat. Soft bed. Close to King Kong grocery store (best option in walking distance).

Small ants. No major problem, but don't keep open food. Still a good place to stay for the budget traveler. You can walk to the nightmarket, but it is quite far.

this is the best guest house I saw around Vietnam, the owner Is great and nice. The room is very clean and comfortable. I recommend everyone to visit this guest house.... Regards..the Canadian guy and the Cambodian wife

Nice hotel, nice owner who speak English, good shower with hot water. No breakfast available. They have also motorbike for rental and can ensure the tours, trips. Please keep your shoes inside the room. They have a policy to take off the shoes at the entrance and possible to leave them outside in the shoe closet. But mine were destroyed by the dog during the night. The owner solved the issue with some compensation, however, when you have expensive shoes or a bit specific as me, it could be a problem.
