From the moment we arrived we were offered help and made to feel welcome. On our way up to the room we came upon a little veranda with a lovely view of the river, sitting there, especially in the evening, became one of our favourite things to do. The famous Phu Quoc night market is literally a few steps away but the only noise is from the fishing boats chugging along. Plenty of places to get any bits and pieces one might need and stock up on water. This is a delightful home stay, full of character, the hosts are lovely and friendly and will go out of their way to help in any way they can, especially grateful for the help and advice organising our onward journey to the mainland. Loved also that there were lots of hooks for towels in the bathroom and also by the wardrobe, which was quirky and worked well for us to store our clothes and belongings. Laundry service is available and room is cleaned when you request. All the communal areas are kept spotless with little visual delights in every corner.

There wasn’t much floor space so finding room for suitcases was a little challenging, and the fridge was a little noisy.

A nice and polite family, a very good value for this price.

Comfortable room, just off the market yet very quiet. Wonderful family owners who were very helpful booking onward travel. I am able to hire a scooter here also, good bike with no issues. Great value for money.

The location was great, 2 steps from the night market. The owner is super helpful and joyful. She makes sure everything is going well and handles reservations for you if you go through her for discounts (motorbike rental, trips...) Value for money is excellent.

The shower pressure was a bit low, but nothing that we couldn't deal with !
