"Posizione centralissima se sei disposto ad accettare i rumori notturni del centro"

La centralità dell'appartamento è il suo punto di forza (e il suo punto di debolezza visti i rumori di motorini, auto, schiamazzi e musica provenienti dalla strada principale). La dislocazione su due piani (piano terra e soppalco) crea 2 spazi separati ma comunicanti. Proprietaria disponibilissima da remoto (tramite una chiamata): vi guiderà per chiavi e spiegazioni. Una menzione speciale va al ragazzo GENTILISSIMO del bar tahiti dove viene offerta (nel prezzo) una colazione di tutto rispetto (buono di 2 euro a persona) con pasta e caffè/cappuccino/spremuta

Il soppalco è alquanto cigoloso (essendo in parquet) e il 3 letto (quello dove hanno dormito i miei figli) è inserito in una sorta di "box" chiuso 3 muri su 4 che creano un effetto un po' claustrofobico e aumenta notevolmente il caldo percepito.

Alloggio carino, vicino al centro.

Alloggio piuttosto buio, in quanto privo di tende tali da permettere l'apertura completa delle finestre a causa dell'affaccio diretto su strada. Posizione su strada molto trafficata e rumorosa.
