Sale de bains et blattes

La chambre était belle dans le centre de Catane. Le spa était fonctionnel, le lit, le balcon, la déco de la chambre était sympa.

La salle de bain en revanche la douche n’était pas top, mais le plus marquant a été le deuxième jour qui a viré au cauchemar, il y avait des énormes cafards, on en a tué six au total et s’il y en a six. C’est qu’il y a un nid, je ne suis pas contre l’établissement, je préviens juste mes prochains ce que j’aurais aimé qu’on fasse pour moi. C’est dommage parce que la chambre était très belle. L’appartement en lui-même tous les services étaient nickel mais les cafards ont vraiment gâché notre séjour.

If I could put less than poor I would do it. There was mold in the shower. Shower door broken. Bathroom is so small, my knees touched the wall. For breakfast, a very small coffee and a donut. No plates or glasses available. They advertised free wifi but it didn't work. When we told them, they removed the modem. We arrived late and send them an email stating so and when we arrived they cancelled our booking and demanded cash. Now we are fight booking.com to get our money back. They promised to bring us to the airport and when we called the day before, they told us that we were in our own and call a taxi. All and all really bad hosts and to me scammers.
