Great location, felt like a home away from home

Very good hosts, clean rooms and exceptional breakfast. Great location with much to see and do. Also convenient to Plymouth city via passenger ferry.

Bedrooms a little noisy with hard floors. Possible benifit from carpet.

The location was beautiful

The room description said private entrance but you had to use the main entrance this was a disappointment. It was also stated that there was sky channels but it was just Freeview channels. Breakfast was nice, but not keen on the poached egg as were done in a poached egg cup and scrambled egg was done in the microwave. However the owners were very friendly and was happy to do a poached egg in water when asked.

Beautiful property, very picturesque and in a great location. Very clean and comfortable. Peaceful so slept really well! Well equipped bathroom with bath and separate excellent shower. Very good breakfast. Jen couldn’t have been more helpful with ideas of where to eat and what to do in the area.

Jen was absolutely lovely and very accommodating. She was able to give us alot of information and suggestions about the area. The room was very comfortable and clean. The view from the property was wonderful.
