"Convenient location"

Good location, short walk to all restaurants and quick for the port. Although not picturesque it is easy to park outside. Helpful host when answering questions on ferry. I had read a review about inability to control aircon which wasn’t true - the remote was in the room and we had a very comfortable stay.

Provided breakfast is basic. Grab yourself a croissant at a cafe.

Location close to city center of Piombino.

One the first day the beakfast was modest (cake, small bottle of orange juice, water, light snacks bars, yogurt, coffee and tee). No breakfast and room cleaning on the second day. The condition of the room is poor. For example: some door panels were missing, leaking shower etc. No free parking lots nearby.
