Very well run and in a great location. Our, Daniele, could not have been more helpful. Recommendations for restaurants and places to visit were just great.

There was not anything to dislike.

The owner was very welcoming and helpful. Daniele even stood in a parking space to save it. the decor was cheerful and interesting.

Best host ever

Everything about my stay here was fantastic! A beautiful, spacious room, delicious breakfast, gracious host and perfect central location. Daniele is a wonderful host who picked me up from the train station (and back when I left), provided helpful information about restaurants and local sites, and delivered breakfast each morning. The entire B&B is spotless with everything provided in your room & the kitchen area. Fantastic facilities!

Spotlessly clean little room with what looked like brand-new furnishings. The room had absolutely beautiful toiletries. The shampoo smelled so delicious I almost wanted to eat it! Comfy bed and Daniele was a very friendly host. He even put his car in a spot directly in front of his B&B to save it for us and then he stood there waving for us to come into his spot. Very nice but if you need to move your car during your trip (which we did not) it could be a problem. Parking is free in Crotone but spots are difficult to find. Luckily for us we wanted a beach holiday and the beach was a straight six or seven minute walk from the B&B and we didn’t use our car once the entire three nights we were there. The beach is absolutely lovely. Reddish sand with warm absolutely clear water, friendly people and it was just a completely relaxing, glorious experience.

Everything was fine. The only thing I would suggest is to perhaps use a bed connector also known as a bed bridge so that there is no space between the two twin beds pushed together to make a matrimonial bed. That way if you’re sleeping as a couple and you sleep close together one of you won’t be sleeping in the crack. The only other thing I would say (but it didn’t affect us at all) is that if you want your room cleaned you need to have it done by 10 AM so that was a bit early for us.

the property is in the centre of the city and only 5 minutes from the beach the owner is extremely helpful he bring us at the airport for free outstanding service

The host is very friendly, speaks good English and takes great care of the guests, the facility is super modern and the breakfast is very good. There is free parking in front of the facility. The rooms are very nice, clean, spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The wifi is also very good.
