Great location because it’s just behind the front row of buildings on the promenade in Douglas. So you’re close to buses, as well as the horse tram, the electric tram and the steam train. price wasn’t too bad

I only saw a member of staff once during my stay and that was in the hallway on my way out, she was nice though I would have appreciated more interaction throughout the stay. They email you a code for the keybox to let yourself in. On the website they describe themselves as having a good breakfast which is a bit of a joke. It’s continental which isn’t even the problem. The croissants were left in a bowl and weren’t fresh. The milk was the long life shelf stable kind not fresh. I didn’t bother having it the second morning and just ate up the town. I was on the top floor and water pressure in the shower was abysmal. At first it didn’t work so I called them and then I did get it working it was just still really weak and the temperature varied. When I rang them as well the person on the phone sounded as if she couldn’t wait to get me off the phone.

The Wi-Fi worked well downstairs but the rooms are upstairs. My room was on 1st floor and the Wi-Fi worked sometimes.

Visited for the Manx and Classic TTs. Very friendly, very warm and welcoming. Clean and tidy,

Parking is a very small issue, however you'll always find somewhere, just might not be right outside.

Lesley was really friendly, helpful and accommodating I felt like I was at home 😊
