"Lovely stay!"

The location was great! The room was very homely equipped with a toaster and microwave oven. There are special treats like sliced bread with spreads, granola oats, chocolates and fresh milk in the fridge. Everything was lovely! Thank you!

"Would stay again !"

Great value for money, close to public transport, small private terrace, nice little restaurants nearby.

A bit too compact. Not much space for luggage (prob only big issue for longer stays). Busses passing nearby could look straight into your when when curtains are open.

Everything is perfect, location is amazingly convenient, 5 mins walk to the central of Newmarket and access of all shops and restaurants etc, room is not spacious but super clean and comes with a lovely balcony, will definitely book again if come over.
