Very comfortable place in the middle of Foligno , You can have breakfast (self cooking), bathroom just in front of room and private. Excellent accomodation!

Breakfast was ok. Location is great. Well decorated. We got fast risponses to all our questions.

The room was too hot and unfortunately there is not a air conditioner.There was just a ventilator which is absolutely not enough. Towels had a bad odour, as if they didnt dried well. hand soap bottle was empty, there was just added water to the residue of the soap. I believe that it was forgotten to ada but it was not nice .
