Dera Haveli- Heritage homestay

Very good staff. Felt like staying in a palace.

The only issue was after putting AC for a long time still was feeling hot. The room is really big so 1.5 tn Ac is not enough for the room. So it will take tooo much time to become cold.

Non era più disponibile la stanza con servizi privati che avevo prenotato!!! Sono stato indirizzato ad un altro hotel...mi è stato proposto un cambio data che non ho accettato!!! Spero che booking non continui ad avere tra le sue proposte un simile hotel, altrimenti non userò più booking.com!!! Vergogna

Rahul the desk staff was very nice, polite and extremely helpful. My special thanks to him.

Though he provided a mosquito repellent, still mosquito menace could not be controlled. Maintenance was lacking to some extent.

Tout était super ! Haveli tres confortable à l’écart du bruit . Personnel très prévenant , sympathique et réactif pour me réserver tuktuk et me conseiller . Vraiment cette haveli est une pépite !

Personale molto accogliente. Abbiamo cenato in struttura e il cibo era molto buono. La camera dotata del necessario, di dimensioni adeguate. La stanza aveva poi un piccolo terrazzino su cui potersi rilassare o consumare il pasto. È presente inoltre un ampio spazio sul tetto su cui cenare osservando il tramonto.
