Dera Haveli- Heritage homestay

Prachtige hotel, in een mooi oud gebouw. Bovenop het hotel een fijn dakterras, heel mooi uitzicht over de hele stad. In het hotel kan je eten, erg handig.

Toilet en douche was aan de overkant van de gang, wel voor onszelf, maar dat hadden niet alle gasten begrepen.

Staff were great. The food is amazing there and the room clean and tidy with good aircon. The rooftop is good for sunset/sunrise

The matress was very hard.

Tout. Très propre, grande chambre.. En centre ville. Personnel aidant. Très bel endroit, comme si vous viviez au temps des rois et reines.

Havre de paix à proximité du centre ville (1/4 d'heure à pied). Chambre fraîche du fait que c'est une maison ancienne (et climatisation). Personnel très souriant, très serviable (négociation des tarifs tuktuks et taxis), de bon conseil, discret, efficace. La possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner et le dîner sur le rooftop face au fort et au calme. Bref,nous avons été très bien reçues.

Sohan et Rahul qui gèrent le haveli sont d'une grande gentillesse et d'une efficacité remarquable. C''est le point le plus marquant de notre séjour dans le haveli dont la vétusté de certains équipements fait son charme. La terrasse sur le toit offre une belle vue sur le fort. Y prendre petit déjeuner et diner sont très agréables

Nous n'avons pas eu la meilleure chambre (101) en raison d'une réservation tardive. Elle est au premier niveau.La salle de bains et les toilettes ne sont pas dans la chambre. Elle est bruyante le soir car elle jouxte un logement dont la paroi qui le sépare de la chambre que nous occupions est mince.

We stayed in the terrace room from where you can a good view of the surroundings and the room was maintained well. The staff was very co-operative and also helped in arranging cab for the sightseeing. Breakfast options are limited and their poha was good. We also had poha from the cart on the roadside which was even more tastier. Thanks to the cab driver who took us there. We checked with the auto drivers for good veg restaurants and they recommended Swastik restaurant. The thali we ordered was very tasty and filling and reasonable.

Senior persons may find it little difficult as you need to climb the steps as the terrace room is almost equivalent to almost the 3rd floor. Would surely recommend for the youngsters and for persons you have no problem in climbing the stairs. I had no problem in climbing the stairs.
