Grazie alla signora Ivana per l'accoglienza, la gentilezza e l'abilità nel preparare tanti buonissimi dolci per colazione, come i muffin di carota, le crostate di mele e la marmellata fatta in casa. A coronare il tutto location splendida e tranquilla, immersa nel verde, dove vivono anche dei simpatici gatti.

Cortesia e disponibilità della proprietaria di casa. Silenzio, tranquillità, e posizione ottima per prendere l'autostrada o per visitare Gradara. Villa molto bella, camera moderna e dotata di ogni confort (macchina del caffè con a disposizione anche cialde e tazze, phon, stufa elettrica, tv). Parcheggio privato interno incluso nel prezzo.
