Cosy rooms on the lake near Budapest and the Airport

Very friendly owners, nice and clean rooms, big bath in bathroom. For me it was easy to find by Google maps, owner sent me additional information (but I came from Godollo site, so was perhaps easier access). I had my dogs with, they are nicely behaved and I had zero problems, they charge 5 euro for additional cleaning which I find very fair.

Not very nice neighberhood, no nice place to walk. I was there with my dogs and when you go for a walk, there are dogs barking everywhere behind fences, growling (not so nice experience). You can only walk on the road-which is muddy with many holes. Road to there is not the nicest, but after reading comments here, I expected even worst. There are some holes, but is no too bad. For sure not the best for some fancy car.

The price is fair with respect to what it offers, even with the 10 euro late check-in fee. We booked the accommodation because we arrived at 1am in Budapest and needed a cheap and relatively close (30 minutes) to the airport place to sleep. This accommodation did the job, we slept very well! The host was very responsive and nice.

The road to the accommodation was a bit confusing. But the host gave us a better pin to not get lost.

liked that the owners made sure that we could settle in even when they were not at home: parking the car in the yard, entering the house and the room. The woman is pleasant, tells everything accurately on the phone, and speaks English well. Unfortunately, we never met because they arrived late on the day of check-in, and we left quite early the next day. The room is clean. We were lucky - we were the only guests. There were 4 of us (2 adults, a teenager and a small child). I can't even imagine how we would share the kitchen and bathroom with other families))

The road to the house is very bad, especially the long drive from the Budapest side. It takes about 15 minutes to drive on the dirt road. The territory around the house and in the yard is all overgrown. There is no place to walk. There is nothing to do with the child. There is no lake or other body of water. At least no lake is even visible from the territory. Luckily, we get there late and check out early) So stay for 1 night was Ok

Nice and helpful host, inside the forests and nature.

Kitchen items need to be provided more and the water cettle can not be used at it needs to be deeply cleaned.

Access road is bad. It is full of holes, without asphalt and no street light. Bed could be a little bit better.
