Posizione ottima vicino al centro e a due minuti dal supermercato, la camera e il bagno spaziosi e puliti. I proprietari super disponibili e gentili ci hanno consigliato i posti più belli dove passare le giorni durante il nostro soggiorno. Possibilità di noleggiare anche l’ombrellone Terrazzo bellissimo con i divanetti e tavolino per rilassarsi. Ci tornerò sicuramente

Wspaniały przestrzenny pokój z balkonem gdzie spędzałem wieczory ciesząc się lokalnym jedzeniem. Ręczniki i pościel zmieniane co 3 dni. Dostępne Wifi i telewizor w pokoju. Również łazienka przestrzenna. Blisko przystanki autobusowe i dwa supermarkety oraz przez drogę pizzeria z pysznymi pizzami i bardzo tanimi jak na Sardynię. Fabio chętnie służył informacją. Biletem tygodniowym za 10 € zwiedziłem całą okolicę. Za dwa lata planuję tu wrócić.

Bardzo sympatyczne miejsce, zarządzane przez przemiłą gospodynię. Pokój duży, wygodne łóżka, duża łazienka. Bardzo czysto - po dwóch nocach pobytu wymiana pościeli i ręczników. Pomimo braku dostępności kuchni możliwość korzystania z expresu do kawy, czajnika elektrycznego, mikrofali i lodówki oraz naczyń stołowych i sztućców. Kawa, herbata, przekąski i owoce dostępne bez ograniczeń przez cały dzień. Działająca bez zarzutu klimatyzacja i dźwiękoszczelne okna. Lokalizacja trochę na peryferiach Olbii - ok. 20 min. piechotą do centrum i dworca kolejowego. W pobliżu dwa duże sklepy spożywcze, czynne nawet w niedzielę, świetna pizzeria po drugiej stronie ulicy a na parterze domu bar - podstawowe potrzeby można było zaspokoić na miejscu. Polecam jako świetną bazę wypadową.

Trochę przeszkadzał hałas z ulicy i baru na dole ale na szczęście okna były dźwiękoszczelne.

Super grosses, bequemes Bett, sehr grosses Zimmer und schönes Bad. Parkplatz im Hof war gut. Frühstück war sehr liebevoll angerichtet.

Die Straße ist extrem laut und ist stark befahren bis ca. Mitternacht. Danach war ruhig durch die gute Fenster und Klimaanlage konnte man schlafen.
