Very friendly host, Great view. Very good and high quality breakfast made with love. Well maintained location, huge garden to relax, great furnished. Mosquito net on all windows. Eye on all small details. Pizza place in walking 15min distance. 35-40 min walk to hot springs. 15min walking to thermal spa.

You have to carry luggage a short distance from the parking lot to the room since it is jot paved.

This place is beautigul, comfortable and clean. Perfect in every way.

Location, panorama e colazione

Le camere al piano superiore erano un po' calde anche se dotate di aria condizionata che però abbiamo deciso di non utilizzare

The place is so beautiful, private and cozy .. surrounded by amazing views and cypress trees .. everyone was so warm and helpful - and it’s just a 5min drive to saturnia hot springs. They had a great breakfast spread - really glad I found this place !

Accueil, le calme, grand parking, la vue ( chambre 9). Un superbe jardin avec chaise longue et parasol.

Ottima posizione, contesto stupendo, il casale ha un esterno meraviglioso e tenuto benissimo. Posizione ottimale per le terme. Colazione buonissima ed abbondante, molto apprezzati i cuscini in più nell'armadio

Very beautiful view

The walls are very thin .you can hear the room next door we couldn't sleep and There are no windows , to get some fresh air you need to leave the doors opened
