Family penthouse 7-Minutes from Rotterdam Central Newly Build top floor terrace R5

Just liked everytning about the premises, super located. very well maintained and sufficiently equipped. The bed was comfortable, and the floor was warm! Would definitey be happy to stay here once again.

Wi-fi lived its own life, constantly loosing signal and reconnecting. Decided against bothering the landlord with the issue, because somehow it worked :)

The location was excellent for us as it was very close to where our son and family live. The room had everything we needed for our stay and was very comfortable. It was close to lots of shops and the main area shopping area of Schiedam

Although there was little space to hang clothes etc it was adequate for our short stay.

Μου αρεσε η τοποθεσια και οτι ειναι ατον δευτερο οροφο και εχει θεα στα γυρω κτηρια!.

Ισως λιγο η σκαλα που ενεβαινεις στον πρωτο και στον δευτερο οροφο ειναι λιγο στενη. Θα προτημουσα ασανσερ αντι για σκαλες.

Perfect size for the 2 of us. The bed was comfortable, unusual when sleeping on a new bed. Apartment was spotless, had everything we needed. Bathroom was very clean, lovely shower! EXCELLENT LOCATION that was close to all amenities and public transport 👌A quiet neighborhood away from the traffic, and no noise from other apartments next door. A neat, clean, quiet apartment block. I loved the terrace.

The tiny, narrow staircase was unexpected. Apparently it's commonplace in The Netherlands. Definitely doable as long as you don't have heavy luggage.... The terrace is definitely a feature but a table or bench would have added to the charm. The shower should include a non slip mat to prevent accidents.
