Great location, very near to the Icon Mall and the night market. Lovely gardens and nice little swimming pool. But if you're not into caged birds, it's probably not for you - there are lots of them.

I stayed in a fan-cooled room, which only had a ceiling fan with one speed setting, which wasn't enough to make the room temperature feel comfortable for sleeping.

If you’re a nature and animal lover like me, you really shouldn’t go there. Loads of birds are crammed into tiny cages. At night, the cages are covered with tarpaulins and the birds are left in complete darkness (probably because of the noise). The paths to the rooms aren’t lit, so you can’t see where you’re walking or your way through the surrounding jungle, even with a torch (crushed snails, being startled by frogs or geckos…). Breakfast doesn’t start until 7am, which isn’t practical for morning excursions. There’s no running water in the room. The sheets were dirty; there were stains. Including on the fridge and the walls. And I could hear the neighbour sniffing and spitting phlegm all evening (for this isn’t the hotel’s fault, but it was very unpleasant).

Beautiful place to stay, stunning pool and gardens. Family run friendly kind staff. Location was also great, easy to access beach and shopping and restaurants.

Been here a few times now. Always excellent and the high standards have been maintained. Will be back.

Nothing all good

The beautiful gardens. Was worried about mozzies. None! The birds are beautiful and block out the road noise but it's set back anyway so very quiet with a couple of soothing chirps. Location a winner. The beds so comfy . Took my own pillow but their ones were good too. Upstairs 5A was roomy . Lots of storage. Big rack to dry stuff. Great sized balcony. Privacy from tree tops. But still see pool. Pool temperature perfect. Only 6 sun beds but always got 2. It's not huge t so do your laps in the ocean. Breakfast just right size. FYI powdered milk. But icon supermarket sell little milks. We will stay again 100%

Drain from shower goes towards door and towards toilet area so mat outside the toilet shower area. Once you know all good.
