For the money, it's very good. It's comfortable, well located, clean, with a good breakfast, and the staff are very helpful.

Not much really... A sea view would be nice, but that would cost you A LOT more money! No complaints.

Quiet but still very central location in Kenting (which can be very noisy specially on weekends). Friendly real Taiwanese-style family hotel, which also offers a hearty breakfast

"A cozy family hotel with a wonderful breakfast."

Quiet and cozy, away from the busy main road and night market, but only a three minute walk to either. A friendly, family hotel with a great homemade breakfast.

NOT a negative, but the family does not speak English. It was NO problem and they were very sweet, but be prepared to use Google translate or similar.
