This is one of friendliest places we’ve stayed in ages and so accommodating! Everything was simple and easy with no fuss whatsoever.

Friendly approachable hosts, spacious room with tea, coffee and biscuits, consistent shower water heat, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast.

Too perfect for dislikes.

I am a coeliac who requires gluten free food. The owners were made aware of this when my husband booked the b&b. The choice for breakfast was excellent. They even provided gluten free bread.

Nothing to dislike, this b&b is fabulous.

Easy parking, good facilities, exceptional breakfast, easy check in/check out and welcoming host. The walk in shower was much appreciated by my elderly mother.

Hannah was the best host. Paid attention to all our needs.

No grab bar in shower. Could have used a rubber shower mat in bathroom.

The bed is comfortable, everything is very clean, while also suitable for hikers. We got helpful hiking advice from the host. We would definitely come back!

You can hear talking between the rooms, so it's not as private as we wished.

Clean, comfortable bed and sitting area. Lovely breakfast. Great access to Keswick walking along the old railway line that takes about 15 mins to get to the centre of Keswick.

Superb location, walkable distance to the centre. Friendly hosts who really knew the area. Breakfast was excellent, plentiful and tasty - cooked to order. Would definitely return. Handy that you can leave your car and explore even before checking in.

Extractor fan in bathroom on a 10 min timer, so kept going when you needed to pay a visit in the night. Tiny telly.
