We had a shared entrance right near the bathroom which was not left clean

The apartment is in a very good location, close to everything in Ortigia, but still in a quiet street. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was easy and friendly, and check-in was well organized. We also appreciated the help with parking in Talete and ZTL information. Overall, a very nice stay in Ortigia and good value for the location.

Locatie was prima. Straatje uit en je liep langs de kustlijn. Mooie omgeving.

Kamer had geen ramen.

Ottima posizione, vicinissima al mare ma in una zona silenziosa, la stanza è a piano terra, con porta direttamente sul vicolo. È climatizzata in modo efficiente, pulita e con letto comodo. Comodo e ampio anche il bagno. Tutto bene.

La camera era molto carina e il proprietario molto gentile: ci ha anche regalato 2 bottiglie di acqua al rientro. La posizione è molto vicina al centro

Il fatto che per raggiungere la struttura è facile incappare nella ZTL

Nagyon kedves szállás, kiváló helyen. Rendezett, kényelmes, nyugodt. Egy tipikus, szűk utcácskában, első emeleten. Nagyon közel a tengerparti sétányhoz. Kedves volt a kapcsolattartó. A legkényelmesebb szobát kaptuk. Nagy hűtő, asztal (nem mindenhol evidens...), világos tér.

Az este folyamán volt a lenti téren egy gyerek-szülinapi buli, ami hangos volt, de alvásidőre véget ért (és erről eleve nem is a szállás tehet). A fürdőszoba a folyosón volt ehhez a szobához (nem mindhez), ami több napra talán kevésbé komfortos, de nekünk teljesen jó volt így, főleg mivel épp a többi szobában senki se volt.

Die Lage war sehr gut, sehr nahe zur Parkgarage gelegen.

Es war extrem feucht und hat stark nach Schimmel gerochen. Wir haben die ganze Nacht nur schlecht Luft bekommen. Die Decke über der Dusche war komplett schwarz gefleckt vor lauter Schimmel. Eigentlich eine starke Gefährdung für die Gesundheit. Wir waren froh, dass wir nach einer Nacht die Unterkunft so schnell wie möglich wieder verlassen konnten.

Difficoltà di comunicare per il check in , e addirittura per il check out non si è visto nessuno. nessuno rispondeva mai al telefono . fortunatamente una gentile ragazza che si occupava delle pulizie ci ha aiutato. non ci tornero' piu

Super Lage, kostenfreier Parkplatz, Gastgeber Marco ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Zimmer ist doch recht klein und eher zweckmäßig eingerichtet - das steht aber so in der Beschreibung -
