Ausstattung war super super. Es hat alles gut gepasst

Wir waren nicht das erste Mal in Siracusa und allgemein die Parkplätze sind begrenzt vor allem wen man abends ankommt.Es ist gibt in der Nähe keine Parkplätze… Eingang zu riecht etwas unangenehm sonst Apartment super

breakfast ??, as a joke. just a coffee machine and a few buns from Lidl. I spent 3 hours to find the hotel, nobody knows. there is no plate about the name.there was 48 steps to our room, it was very difficult to climb 48 stairs with our suitcases. there was an elevator but they didn't let me use it. we trust booking but I am angry with booking about this because you are selling the residence or hotel without confirming the accuracy of what they wrote. I have always made reservations with booking for 20 years,but in the last few years , the things written for booking are not correct,I think you are making sales without checking the accuracy, this is not right , we trust you. Maybe I will not make reservations with booking anymore.

The location is really nice in the center of the Ortigia island, close to the seaside walking tourist area. There were plenty of nice restaurants in a few minutes walking distance. The Room was clean and the private bathroom was recently renovated. The coffee in the shared kitchen area was tasty. The AC in the room was working well and was not noisy.

The room was really tiny, great for a single traveler or a young couple. The breakfast in the shared kitchen area was some commercial industrial pastries with jam and chocolate cream. Everything was sweet. I don't consider this to be breakfast, barely a snack. I waited for 20 min for the person to check me in, and it was the same on checking out. I guess it is maybe common to be really laid back over there.

The accommodation has a check in at 15:00. At 14:50 the hostess called me and wrote that the room would be ready at 15:30. This doesn't look good at all. Upon my arrival, the room smelled of disinfectant, which made me cough and irritated my throat. The breakfast you are supposed to get included is the most pathetic thing I have ever experienced. Don't expect anything like in the photos, expect only semi-finished food and a camera in the kitchen watching you. Which I didn't really understand and it's a serious invasion of privacy!! I had foreign hair on my sheets, really disgusting. I don't recommend

There were only 2 pads for the coffee maker for 3 nights, 2 poeple. To prepare hot water (with the coffee maker) for tee took extremely long. There was a gas stove, but no pot...

According to the booking site, there should be a parking included. In fact, this it not the case.
