คิวทอง บังกะโล (Q-Thong bungalow)

The bungalow exceeded my expectations and would have loved to stay here longer. The staff are really friendly and everything was fresh on the breakfast. I will definitely be booking again if I’m in the area.

This is not the properties fault but that hill from the first pier is like a mountain and I’m fit. It’s on 20 baht to get in the back of a tul tuk but they stop running after 6pm however I could have went to another beach on a night if I’d of known there is no taxis. One of the locals were happy to drop us off for 100 baht so don’t let it stop you booking this I’m just making people aware.

The location is conveniently close to the pier which can access by foot. They also have a pickup service if you have big luggage. The staff is very helpful, friendly, super generous, and a great cook for breakfast. This makes the experience of my stay perfect. Breakfast is nice too, as well as plants, especially mango trees.

The hotel location is a bit uphill, so renting a motorbike is quite a must. The traffic can also be hectic in the evening rush hour, so always look around when you cross the road.

Cheap, quiet accommodation. Basic but was all that we needed. Motorbikes for rent from guest house which was great. And staff kindly drove us back to ferry on them afterwards.

For the price, everything was fine. Suited our needs for a short stay.
