"21:56 kor is mosnak a szobámmal szemben, zaj,"

Egy éjszakára mentem. Alagsorban/pincében egy ablak nélküli szobát kaptam. Azaz az ablak teteje talan nyitható (alagsor) de kiábrándító. 19 órakor foglaltam el a szállást. A mosógép ment a szobámmal szemben lévő mosókonyhában 21:56kor is! Szóltam a recepciósnak nem tudok aludni, reggel dolgozni megyek. Mondta nem tud mit csinálni majd abbahagyja. De nem mert akkor rakott be újabb mosást! Lementem találkoztam a nővel mondtam hogy zavar hogy mos. Fogtam a cuccomat, recepcióstól kértem vissza a 9000ft-ot mivel a szálláshely az alapvető rendeltetését nem tudta betölteni. Mondta: nem áll modjában vissza adni. Panaszkönyvbe irtam, este a fogyasztóvédelemnek írtam e-papíron annak becsatolásácval panaszbeadványt. .

Aranyos volt a recepciós, utolsó pillanatban estem be, mindenben segített. Reggel egy hölgy kolléga volt és róla is ugyanezt tudom mondani. Kicsit elcsúsztunk a kijelentkezéssel és nem problémázott rajta. Szó ami szó szerintem még megyünk oda.
