"Lovely place, perfect location, great host."

Lovely place to stay for a few nights. Location was perfect near to beach and town centre but on a quiet residential road. Breakfast was lovely, not greasy and just the right size.

Breakfast was a little early for us!

Lovely bed and breakfast, situated in a quiet street with off road parking. Breakfast was really nice and set you up for the day, would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Skegness.

This is a lovely place to stay. Highly recommend. Brilliant location. Great breakfast choices. Comfy bed. Donna is friendly and efficient. We will be staying here again.
