Everything was amazing right from walking through the front door to leaving It was clean tidy warm like a cozy feel The Decor looked fabulous I personally loved all the little things like the lamps and mirrors it gives that warm homely feel during your stay reminded me of home. Me and my partner stayed on the top floor in the superior room and it was absolutely perfect. Side parking which was an absolute positive aspect as we struggled to park we stayed before. The lady that greeted us was lovely me and partner would recommend this to any couple or single person just passing through or for a longer stay. we most definitely would stay again on our next visit to skegness.

Donna the host was fabulous, so welcoming and friendly. Made my wife and I feel right at home. We were recommended by a friend and we would recommend anyone to stay there. It's amazing value, clean and all the facilities you need.

Owner was friendly and welcoming. Room was serviced daily. No faults to be honest. Not far from everything but nice quiet road

Spotlessly clean, great location, easy walking distance to the centre of town. Host allowed us to park in the off road parking "pre check in" on arrival day and early check in was absolutely no problem either. Cooked breakfast is pre ordered the evening before but meant it was hot and fresh at the table in the morning. Cereal, juice etc available to help yourself with unlimited coffee, tea and toast....basically an exceptional breakfast included in the price in a well spaced dining room. Lovely bedding and towels, small selection of toiletries provided and rooms refreshed each day. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Would struggle to find anything significant....The host could have come across a little "warmer" if we are super critical, but that said, she still ran an exceptional guest house.

What a fantastic hotel, exceptionally clean, beds very comfortable, the hosts very friendly and welcoming. Great location, just a short walk to the clock tower. An amazing break, we will definitely be back. Thank you.
