Świetna lokalizacja! W samym sercu miasta! Florencia to przemiła kobieta, która chętnie służy pomocą i radą. Pokój czysty, przestronny i bardzo wygodny. Do dyspozycji kuchnia. Bardzo polecam!!

Tesiste 4 oda var. 2’si öndeki meydana bakıyor ikisi ise içeride çok küçük bir havalandırma boşluğuna bakıyor. Biz içerideki odalardaydık ve odada rutubet sorunu vardı. Temiz hava almakta sıkıntısı vardı odanın. Pencereyi açdanız bile havalandırma şaftından temiz hava yerine nemli hava gelmekteydi.

Location. Location. Location! This guesthouse is in the heart of it all and allows you access to lots of gorgeous restaurants, shops and landmarks all within walking distance. The yellow room was really spacious, the shower was great and the bed very comfortable. The rooms are up one flight of stairs, which wasn't bad at all, but just something to note in case people have heavy bags. The restaurants directly close by to the guesthouse were amazing - especially Tiffany's (Aperol Spritz & free nibbles were the best!) Impasto (amazing pasta!) and Toyo (unreal sushi). It's less than a 5 minute walk to the shopping street, to the main square or to the seafront!! 👍🏼☺️

We arrived really early in the morning, and when you don't know the area, the street and building appeared a little dark/run down initially (as it seemed quite old & deserted). However, once morning came, it was completely different and quite charming. The yellow room smelled of damp constantly & aircon was also a little loud (drip noises and crackling sounds) so we needed earplugs (these also helped with noises coming from other rooms/guests and the restaurant noises right beside the rooms). There were no blackout blinds, so needed eye masks, if you're sensitive to that. The guesthouse has shared kitchen/lounge facilities, which are basic enough but did the job but we didn't spend much time indoors anyways!!

The location, bed was comfortable, the place was clean and the communication with the host was easy.

No TV in the room, the balcony is non existent, it's a Juliette balcony with an AC unit on it. Because of the location, cannot keep the curtains open, the door does not stop any noise, and as there are another 3 rooms, you can hear everyone coming, going, talking etc. so "funnily" we have been woken up several times two nights in a row by other guests at the flat and not by the noise from the 3 different restaurants and bars, or people passing under the place.

The host is a very kind and gave me all sorts of helpful information. About the room: Cosy room, very clean Nice common space Well situated Internet connection pretty good

A little bit noisy
