The property is well maintained, it’s a mixed of old and new. It’s a 10 minutes walk to poetto beach and 15 minutes to Calamosca beach. So you have 2 choices!! It’s also a 10minute drive by bus to town. There are plenty of restaurants around the area too.

I wished it had a swimming pool! 😃

The most helpful hospitality explaining the best of the area and finding ways to enjoy the holiday. The breakfast was great with home made products . Hire a car to visit the beach bars and restaurants.

Starting with location: quiet and cozy surroundings, exactly 10 min walk to beach Poetto and small Marina, 5 min walk to the supermarket, 5 min walk to the bus stop where multiple bus lines will take you to the city centre in 15 minutes. Family run B&B with amazing atmosphere. Perfect breakfast prepared by owners themselves (cheese, meat cuts, eggs, pastries, yogurts, fruits and etc) and of course a good coffee. The whole building is so well kept and clean. Rooms are pretty and comfy. Everyday cleaning (exceptional tidiness). Owners are very kind and always there for you. Thanks so much for everything to Michele, Marco, Raffaella and everyone else who works hard to make this place so amazing. Overall my best accommodation experience in Italy. Our stay was perfect and we would absolutely love to come back one day.

"Superb"

Balcony had nice view of flamingos on nearby mash. Located in quiet residential neighborhood but still close to activities. Adequate on street parking. Owners were nice.

Nice cozy house with good breakfast (handmade cakes were amazing). Good place walking distance to beach and nicely connected to the rest of the city via bus.
