New Raya - Nias Beach Bungalows

The hostess are great, so nice, giving and made sure I have all I need:) The private beach is beautiful and the garden is big and nice with an amazing outdoor shower. It's good to have a "modern" shower and toilet along with the bucket.. And the location was perfect for me, not so far from the center, and the wave......... Perfect!

The rooms are very basic wich is OK, I like simple , but I wish they could make it a bit more Cosy and colorful, so it'll be more worm feeling.

New Raya Bungalows are in an amazing location, right on the water at Lagundri Bay. They are quite far along the strip of accommodation so feels very private, but still easily walkable to the surf break and food options down the road. The bungalows are spacious and private, with great working AC. The bed is comfortable and the hammock on the balcony is a lovely way to spend the afternoon. The hosts, Perry and Annie, are absolutely lovely and very accommodating. I was very sick while I was there so Perry drove me to the doctor to get antibiotics and Annie was very helpful in making me plain and easy food. Huge thanks to them both!

The shower was a very weak stream, but really can’t complain!

Location was great and the grounds were nice and spacious. It was super relaxing to sit on the balcony after a surf and the hammock was also nice and cosy. Breakfast was also very good

Most amazing hosts ever. Spoilt me silly and were always helpful and friendly. Cooked amazing dinners, aircon! Would go anywhere else!

Fantastic location. Perry and Annie were wonderful hosts and beautiful people. Amazing place to just unwind and relax . Spent many hours watching the surfing dreaming of 50 years earlier surfing myself, but unfortunately I’m too fat now !

Ani and Pery are such amazing people. They are there to assist you with any request or questions. Ani is an amazing chef that who will cook you anything you like, while Pery is more than willing to go the extra mile to help you. He found a rental board easily. Ani cooked amazing crayfish and prawns. The accomodation is relaxing and clean. A quick walk to the main surf break, close to massage facilities and stalls for snacks. I would go back there in a heart beat.

We loved staying here. The family are amazing and so helpful. They helped us with anything we needed. The location is incredible. You have your own beach. The rooms are spacious and are all seperate houses with big balconys to relax. Its close to the keyhole to get straight into the water. Its so peaceful, with big trees and a big lawn to relax on. 10/10
