Notre hote est très disponible. La chambre est magnifique et tres calme Tres bien placé, proche des magasins et restaurants

O hotel está situado na rua principal, onde podemos encontrar todo o tipo de comércio, restaurantes, bares e onde apenas se circula a pé. A varanda sobre a rua tem vista para a torre da catedral. Apesar de a rua ser muito animada à noite, não há barulho incomodativo no quarto. O quarto era amplo, limpo todos os dias e a decoração muito agradável (igual às fotos). Dispunha de cafeteira elétrica e de frigo-bar com produtos gratuitos. O acesso à gare ferroviária (que nos leva a sitios como Pompéi, Herculanum, Centro de Napoli) e ao curreri bus (que nos leva até ao aeroporto de Napoli por 13 euros) situa-se a 10 minutos a pé em linha reta. A marina grande (zona de pescadores, pequena praia de areia escura e excelentes restaurantes de peixe fresco) e a marina piccola ("praia" artificial, cais de onde partem os barcos para sitios como a Costa Amalfitana e Capri) também estão a 10/15 minutos de distância a pé! (no regresso, que é a subir, talvez um pouco mais 😅). O host Gennaro foi sempre muito disponível desde o momento da reserva e é uma pessoa muito prática o que facilita a vida de um viajante! As senhoras que fazem a limpeza também são muito simpáticas! Eu cheguei ao fim da manhã e parti a meio da tarde. Das duas vezes permitiram-me deixar as malas na receção para que eu ainda pudesse aproveitar esse tempo em Sorrento! Não são própriamente vigiadas o tempo todo, mas o hotel situa-se num primeiro andar com muito pouco movimento. Como viajante solo, posso dizer que me senti em segurança de dia e à noite e circulei sozinha por toda a cidade durante 6 dias! A repetir!

Faltou-me um móvel ou prateleiras para arrumar a roupa.

Posizione ottima, sulla via principale, a pochi minuti da tutto. Parcheggio gratuito per le moto a 1 minuto a piedi. Staff eccezionale. Super carini e gentili. Ci hanno dato un sacco di consigli. Pulizia eccellente e stanze molto curate nei dettagli.

Very spacious room with impressive bathroom. The staff were excellent and helped with all our questions. Location is city centre, the AC was cold (although did turn off throughout the night), they provided free still and sparkling water in the mini fridge and had a coffee machine available for use in reception at any time.

The hotel has an excellent location, right on the main street just a few meters from all the attractions and the elevator to access the beaches. The host is very attentive and helpful, always willing to assist with our requests and replied quickly. The room is spacious and exactly as shown in the photos. The Wi-Fi works very well and there is complimentary coffee and tea available 24 hours a day. The only comment is that the room cleaning service was not done during the 4 nights we stayed there. However, when we asked for clean towels and toilet paper, they were provided immediately. Perhaps we should have requested the cleaning instead of assuming it would be done automatically. Overall, the experience was very good and we would definitely come back without hesitation! Thank you, Gennaro, for your kind attention!

It was super a great location. So close to the shops and beach!

It was on a main strip of shops so was slightly noisey at night and there were church bells that went off at 8am in the morning and sometimes around 12pm at night.

Super clean. The best guest house I have ever seen. Should be rated 5*

The rate was very high but I know because of the season and I booked kinda late.
