Well priced, nice, clean & comfortable. Ann was a good hostess, nice breakfast & a good pub down the road @ 15min walk. Good location to motorway & the start of the Lakes. Would stay again.

"Great comfortable stay in peacefull part of the Lake District."

Great location with good parking and quiet comfortable bedroom. Very friendly and informative host which made the stay very relaxing. Staveley is a beautiful village with all facilities and only walking distance away.

"Nice quiet place to stay"

We loved our stay here, the host was brilliant, she always had time for us. The place was spotless and very comfortable, we also enjoyed the cooked breakfast 😋 We did take our dog, and I did phone first to make sure my dog was welcome, as the host Ann has a dog of her own.

It rained! Other than that everything was spot on!

The house was very old and full of history and full of character as well as Anne who runs it she was lovely
