Conygre Bungalow

Self contained, had everything you could want. Arrived to find bread, milk, cereals, tea and coffee, butter/jam which was a lovely surprise.

The little fridge.... milk was always frozen 😋

My husband, myself and my Guide Dog stayed at Conygre bungalow for our daughter's wedding. The hosts Shanti and Mark were very welcoming to us when we arrived. I had requested a late check out; the hosts kindly gave a later time to check out. The accommodation was lovely, The bedroom was light and airy, the bed was comfortable. The kitchen/lounge led out to the garden which had a bistro table and chairs. Shanti and Mark had kindly left milk, butter and jam in the fridge. A selection of breakfast cereals, bread and tea, coffee and sugar. I would highly recommend staying at this accommodation.

There was nothing that we did not like.

pedestrian access to the village was via a busy country road there was a pavement but it has not been cleared of leaves etc by council and therefore we had to walk near the kerb and some cars were speeding past without thought for pedestrians

Everything that one required!

One little niggle was shelf over bathroom sink a little too low. Also shower temperamental,worked first time but temperature difficult to control!

Our hosts were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The accommodation was spacious and well-resourced. The little extras were lovely, including the good-quality toiletries and the welcome hamper. The location was in easy access of Bath, and the local pub (Seven Stars) was lovely and in walking distance.

I have nothing negative to add.

Owners super friendly and helpful. Cosy and had everything including toast and cereal for breakfast, along with marmalade, butter and milk. Have recommended this place to my friends already. 20 minutes to Bath. Also easy access to other pretty places such as Wells and Cheddar.

Missed my bath at home but there is a lovely shower.

Mark was very friendly and welcoming. The place was comfortable and clean, with lots of lovely toiletries provided. Bread, milk and cereal for breakfast was an added bonus.

A wifi extender would really help, as we could only get a signal in the bedroom, not in the living area. The bushes outside the property could have been cut back a bit, as we had to push past them to get to the accommodation which wasn´t so good when it was pouring down with rain!
