Staffs cant speak English. But they are very nice and friendly. They gave us a very good service. Breakfast is delicious!

Simple but nice breakfast; very important before a day of snowboarding. The beds are soft with enough support, duvets and blankets are thick and warm. We all had good night sleeps. Washing machine and dryer are easy to use with clear instructions. Toilets are shared between rooms so it is very important to stay clean, I am glad the staff did an excellent job on that.

NO LIFT: We stayed at the top (4th) floor which is a challenge after a long hard day of snowboarding. There is no instruction on how to operate the gas heater. We stayed in room 405 which had 5 beds, those who sleep furthest away from the door and gas heater might felt a little cold in the middle of night.

Great location. Facilities had everything you needed including drying room.

The location was elite, staff were super lovely and helpful, breaky was a huge variety and delicious, everything was clean and well kept. You can snowboard straight into the accom from the main end of the slope and it’s right between chairlifts, while being close to the main gondola. We got our lift passes through the accom too at a good rate. There’s great restaurants around in walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and will be back.
