G-SQUARE

The location of G-Square was brilliant, placing you directly at the base of the Zao Onsen Ski Resort so that you're literally two minutes walk from Lift 4, and breakfast was decent.

The property lacks an elevator, so the only way to reach your room on the 3rd or 4th storey is through a fairly steep stairway, and lugging a 20+kg board bag up those stairs was no joke. Also, I believe the property should provide its guests with a complimentary yukata, so that guest movements to and from the shared shower facility (on the basement level) would be more convenient. To have to strip from full ski gear and then dress up respectably again just to head to the showers was troublesome.

現地のスタッフの方が少なく、日本語があまり話せない方もいるので、宿の方とのコミュニケーションには多少不便はあるかもしれません。 また、4Fまであるのですが、エレベーターはないようなので不便に感じるかもしれません。少なくとも足が不自由な方には厳しいと感じるのではないかと思います。

早餐真的很好吃，我連吃6天都不膩

早餐豐富好吃，離上之台纜車站超近，最後一趟可以直接滑回飯店門口，地下室有乾燥間，雪鞋有專門的架子可以吹風進鞋子內，超讚，衛浴在地下一樓共用，一樓有餅乾飲料販賣機，還有大人的飲料販賣機，超讚，還有室內專門的吸煙室

如果住4樓可能會稍微要走多一點樓梯

Location is awesome. Staff were super friendly and happy to help with anything. The breakfasts were a real surprise - the variety and quality of food was so good and yuumy.

Instructions for arriving by own transport and where to drop off luggage and where to park could have been made a lot clearer.

Ski in/ski out, amazing breakfast each morning, very friendly staff. The drying room was very well set up and the shared bathroom clean. Lots of food options nearby.
